Manny “PacMan” Pacquiao slides to second position while Floyd Mayweather Jr. climbs to the top as Pound for Pound King in the latest rankings released by Yahoo Sports.
That’s why even Pacquiao has won the battle for Congress in Sarangani, he wasn’t able to defend the title that made him popular.
Mayweather (41-0, 25 KOs) has over placed some votes against Pacquiao (51-3-2, 38 KOs) to steal the prestigious title that has been stolen by MP when FM retired on 2008.
Included in the list of voters were 33 boxing writers all over the world. Mayweather got 33 first place votes in 317 total points while Pacquiao got 13 of 33 first place votes in 310 total points. Writers believe that Mayweather-Mosley fight on May 1 in Las Vegas is most exciting than the one-sided victory on Pacquiao over Clottey on March 13 in Arlington, Texas.
